Located on the sandy beach with a lovely view of the beach and
cypress trees from the inside. Seagull also has an ocean view
from both the front patio with barbecue and from its private upper
deck. The spa is on a separate upper deck that is shared with
Sanddollar (a totally separate house on the same beachfront lot),
but you are never more than one hour from private use. The washer
and dryer are shared on a lower deck.
Seagull is a charming, unique, bright and cheerful beach house, with decks and
patios all about. Its upper deck has a fabulous view over Sanddollar of white
water surf, that can be seen from easy chairs at an umbrella table, or stools
from the Captain's Bar. It is on the beach (not just near the beach) and one
block to the dunes and duck pond. There are several restaurants and a popular
cantina within walking distance. Driving is permitted on a portion of the beach
near the water, but there is plenty of beautiful beach where Seagull sits for
children to play safely.
Seagull has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 to 7 people with two queen
beds, hide-a-bed and a couch.Seagull has open beamed ceilings,
gas fireplace (no wood required), 3 cable color televisions, telephone,
equipped kitchen, a tiled bathroom with shower and mini tub, and
high speed cable internet connection. The living room couch has
two comfortable recliners.
